WDDG.com - very creative site

I was just checking out one of my favorite sites, the favorite website awards (thefwa.com), and I found a link to a cool site for interactive advertising firm, WDDG.
I thought this site was so cool. I really like the creative way that the made all of the content look like one of those old WWII war propoganda films.

Very innovative.
They have made my bookmark list for 2006.

I really hope I am wrong, but…
Several of the FWA sites for 2007 seem to be broken by the updating the flash player to 9,0,115,0 (current one as of this comment). I thought several of the sites on the list must be down or something now (like the cyborg one- it was only one page and nothing loaded beyond that and nothing happened).
The ‘Sammy the suitcase’ one worked flawlessly. However, then went to the ‘Steal the Glass’ site for ‘Got Milk’ and everything seemed fine until the vine challenge. The truck loaded, but no background. I was using Safari and it eventually crashed the browser twice. I am on an Intel Mac running 10.4.11 and Flash player 9,0,115,0 which as I said earlier, of this writing is the most current one. I then tried it in Firefox and had the same problem. I then booted in Parallels and ran it on Firefox off a Win XP installation. It worked fine. The background loads, and the game plays fine.
However, I looked at the Flash Player version. It was much older like 9,0,24,0 or something. I then updated it to 9,0,115,0 and guess what? It broke the app again. When you get to that first vine driving challenge, the background does not load and the game is no longer playable as you will continually die (can’t see where you are driving it is all black). So, question is, what is different at that point? The game loads fine up until then, so what is different that the new player could be crashing there? Also, is it the player? It seems really weird if it is, and the first time I can remember really ever having a problem with a player not playing older content flawlessly since Macromedia (and now Adobe_ always strived for backwards compatibility with the player updates. Has anyone else complained of this?
Really horrible if it was the player flubbing backwards compatibility and breaking the sites. Especially since if so, it just broke top ten FWA sites. Not good to have it break the showcase ‘please program in Flash and see all the stuff you can do’ sites. I am hoping this is not the case or if so, fixed soon. Bad for business for all of us.
