Product teams often rely on customer surveys to help them get a better understanding of the “anatomy” of their customers. On the Flash team we’re no different. The biggest challenge, however, is getting a wide variety of people to actually take the survey. As incentive we often use prizes.
So, my question to you is, what type of prize would motivate you to take a survey? Imagine a budget of under US$2,000.
